We accept the return or exchange within 10 days from the receiving the order . Customers may prefer to return or exchange items using our service. Sign into your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the items you would like to return. Click on the 'CREATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE' button and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details why. Will be generated a return number to use in your return request . If you would like to exchange an item because the fit is not right, choose the replacement size. There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item, but if you are based outside Italy you will need to pay taxes and duties on this. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We also inform you that the items are shipped every time after checked their quality ! Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item faulty, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Customers that want just return an item without change size or model ,will have to pay the delivery and return's cost , so these will be deducted from our refund.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all vogashop.com. and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
All items returned should have a Return number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
